ALMA BHU BiosS-Treat

Reverse osmosis is often used for desalination processes. Even low concentrations of biodegradable organic compounds can block a complete system by inhibiting the system by supporting the formation of biofilms biofilms on the membrane. This results in increased operating costs due to an increase in the required operating pressure of the membrane system. To prevent this, the wastewater in the BiosS-Treat system is pre-treated with biologically active filtration so that reliable and safe operation of the reverse osmosis is possible.
