We are delighted to welcome Ms. Laura Loreth to ALMAWATECH! She is writing her master's thesis with us and is working on a highly relevant topic: the further development of control technology for load-proportional dosing of operating materials in wastewater treatment plants.
Ms. Loreth already impressed us with her commitment and expertise during her time as a working student. We are now looking forward to seeing the results of her master's thesis and finding out how they will further advance our technologies.
Why is this topic so important?
In wastewater treatment, the dosing of operating materials is crucial for the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. The load-proportional control ensures that the exact amount of chemicals required is added - no more and no less. This precise control offers numerous advantages:
- Conserving resources: The economical use of operating materials contributes to the sustainable use of natural resources.
- Cost reduction: Optimized dosing significantly reduces operating costs as unnecessary use of chemicals is avoided.
- Increased efficiency: The targeted and controlled supply of operating materials ensures optimum system performance and avoids overdosing.
We are excited to see how Laura's research will support the further development of our technologies and look forward to putting the results into practice soon.
Stay tuned for more insights into Laura's exciting research work and her results at ALMAWATECH!
