Solution & implementation
The production of rinsing and cleaning water is a demanding process in which precision and efficiency are of crucial importance. Our ALMA OSMO Process system plays a decisive role here. It undergoes a specialized process to produce process water from contaminated rainwater.
Softening the rainwater: In the first step, the rainwater is softened using ion exchange resins, which remove dissolved iron, calcium and magnesium cations. This step protects the membranes of our reverse osmosis system from deposits (scaling) and ensures smooth operation.
Reverse osmosis treatment: The softened water is fed into our advanced reverse osmosis system. Here, dissolved ions and residual compounds are removed from the water to achieve exceptional purity.
Our ALMA OSMO Process technology guarantees that you have a reliable and efficient method of producing cleaning and rinsing water from rainwater. If you would like more information about our solutions for the production of process water from rainwater, please do not hesitate to contact us.
